Do you suffer from Tennis Elbow?
Find out how the Brankovsky Tennis School can help you!

Please read this testimonial!

The search for a solution for my painful tennis elbow brought me to Mrs. Brankovsky Tennis School. She took my tennis racquet away and with the help of the Smart Starter paddle racquet took me back to the basics. That's all I needed. My pain is gone and never came back. The first time in my tennis career I am improving my game. Sincerely recommend it to all level of players.

Tibor G.N.

The Brankovsky Tennis School is recognized with the very important teaching tennis technique that prevents tennis elbow, shoulder problem, sore wrist and lower back pain.
If someone has tennis elbow, by changing wrong technique the stroke will be harder with less strain the muscles.
Learning the proper tennis technique will prevent the player from getting tennis elbow again.

For that you need THE SMART STARTER PADDLE RACQUET.
It will keep your wrist firm, because the ball will not bounce from the wood so you have to guide the ball and learn proper motion with the whole arm.

The movement should be in the shoulder and played preferably with older, softer tennis balls.
This way you learn good technique or correct the wrong one.

This is 40 years of Brankovsky Tennis School experience.

According to WebMD
"Tennis elbow" is a common term for a condition caused by overuse of arm and forearm muscles that results in elbow pain. You don't have to play tennis to get this, but the term came into use because it can be a significant problem for some tennis players.

Tennis elbow is caused by either abrupt or subtle injury of the muscle and tendon area around the outside of the elbow. Tennis elbow specifically involves the area where the muscles and tendons of the forearm attach to the outside bony area (called the lateral epicondyle) of the elbow. Your doctor may call this condition lateral epicondylitis.

Who Gets Tennis Elbow?

Tennis elbow affects 1% to 3% of the population overall and as many as 50% of tennis players during their careers.

Although tennis elbow commonly affects tennis players, it also affects other athletes and people who participate in leisure or work activities that require repetitive arm, elbow, and wrist movement. Examples include golfers, baseball players, bowlers, gardeners or landscapers, house or office cleaners (because of vacuuming, sweeping and scrubbing), carpenters, mechanics, and assembly-line workers.
