Some insurance companies provide extended insurance coverage including orthodontic treatment. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary. For orthodontic services we do not accept payment from the insurance company, but we do provide all necessary documents to help you file your claim. Benefits will be payable to you directly. We accept all forms of payments including VISA, American Express, MasterCard, CareCredit & Debit. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
