Your appoitments is reserved specially for you. If you are unable to keep your appoitment, we require 24 hours notice,otherwise you could be charged a cancellation fee.
Dental Fee Payment
For basic services such as examination, x-rays, fillings, cleanings and root canals we will accept payment from your insurance company, however if your insurance company does not cover total cost of your treatment, you are responsible for the difference, and will be billed accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
For a major service, crowns, bridges, dentures and implants, we require payment in full the day we start the treatment. For these services we do not accept payment from the insurance company, but we do provide all necessary documents to help you file your claim. Benefits will be payable to you directly. We accept all forms of payments including VISA, MC & Debit.
