It is with mixed emotions that I will be retiring on Dec.31, 2004. Although I am looking
forward to the wonderful things that come with retirement, it will be hard to leave the
great relationship and friends I have made over the past 44 years. I have truly enjoyed
taking care of your insurance needs for all of these years.

My Agency is being dispersed. The insurance company has already advised each
policyholder of their new agent.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the agent selected for you, please contact the
insurance company in question and they will be glad to discuss your concerns.
