Commercial landscaping project at new "SOUTH HILLS TOWNS." The first phase of the project was building of retaining wall.on the property line. Separate the new Classically Elegant Homes development at a higher elavation, from the property down the hill. The construction project is at 110 Poplar Plains Road, Toronto at St. Clair West and Avenue Road area.
