The project was a mass produced “panel-built”
apartment building from the sixties of 176 apartments.
Designer planned two stories addition with
24 new apartments, new elevators and
parking
areas. Our analysis of the Design drawings,
specifications and cost estimatesshowed a potential 20% cost savings to the
Investor.
Omnicura s.r.o. was contracted to provide
full Investor-Owner’s representation and Technical supervision.
The construction was finished in 7 months
(March 1999) and resulting with an additional savings of 9% of the budget.
