it is just better to abandon the idea.

full Environmental Impact Assessment of the Project is done at this stage.

Project Development phase of the project s the first technical
documentation for the construction. With these initial documents, you can make
your first enquiries with the Building
Department
and General Contractor or other trades.

For manufacturing exceeding 5, 000m2 and
retail or warehouse operations over
3, 000m2 obtaining Planning Permit is necessary
at this phase.
Detailed project planning phase.
The main difference between Project development and Detailed project planning is in full completion of detailed drawing
documentation to satisfy authorities
in Building
Department to issue you a Building
permit.
Unlike in the former phase, in the Detailed project planning you can see variations in materials and
equipment specified and important decisions
with their uses are made here.
It is here in this project’s phase, when
your Final budget costs will crystallize based on suppliers
tenders.
