- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 pound crabmeat, shell pieces removed

1. Prepare grill. Place 1 crust on grill rack coated with cooking
spray; grill 3 minutes or until puffy and golden. Turn crust,
grill-mark side up; brush with 1/2 teaspoon oil. Top with half of
Parmesan, artichokes, and crabmeat. Cover and grill 3 to 4 minutes or
until cheese melts and crust is lightly browned.
